The Construction Industry Council (a representative forum for professional bodies, research organisations and specialist business associations for professional services providers across the construction industry) today announced that it will be launching its Low Value Disputes Model Adjudication Procedure on 1 May 2020.
Intended to provide adjudication more accessible to SMEs and others involved in uncomplicated claims valued at £50,000 or less, the CIC LVD MAP plots a streamlined procedure and links the amount of the adjudicator’s fee to the amount claimed.
